Two people were run down in a Flannigan's parking lot and police are trying to track down the driver who did it.

It happened on Feb. 12 in the parking lot of the restaurant on North Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach.

One of the victims suffered a serious head injury and the other has a broken arm.

Police say they believe the driver is Vagiff Safarov, 62.

A Broward County judge has issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Detectives believe Safarov is aware they are looking for him.

They say he drives a yellow, 2001 Suzuki Vitara SUV with Florida tag 180-XYR.
